GENERAL POLICIES • The form accessed through the DM button is solely for write-ups. Clients seeking graphic design services should request the separate form designated for creative tasks.
• For write-up inquiries: NO INQUIRY FORM, NO REPLY.
• Services are provided only after payment. No exceptions.
• Rates will vary based on the final output. Clients are encouraged to be as precise as possible with their instructions. Clients should provide all relevant information, including layout preferences and inspirations, to the commissioner.
• Commissions are for personal use only. Additional fees apply for commercial and competition use.
• Clients may request an editable canva link once full payment has been made. Editable links are free for custom designs. However, in terms of ready-made templates, an additional fee applies if the client wishes to receive the canva link and secure full ownership. Clients are also free to decline this fee, this simply means the template will remain non-exclusive and may still be used or resold to other clients.
• The commissioner reserves the right to decline any client. PAYMENT TERMS • A 50% payment is required upfront to secure a slot. NO DOWN PAYMENT, NO SLOT.
• Payment must be accompanied by a receipt. Without it, no slot will be confirmed, and the task will not proceed.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the final output is delivered.
• No refunds or cancellations are allowed. If a client cancels after work has begun, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the task's total cost will apply. DURING THE PROCESS • The commissioner will not provide updates unless specifically requested by the client. However, clients can be assured that their task will not be overlooked.
• All information, including the identity of the commissioner, will be kept confidential.
• Clients should not use the provided number to call or leave messages for the commissioner. REVISIONS AND DELIVERY • Outputs will be delivered within 4 to 5 days if no specific due date is set.
• Free revisions are available within 12 hours after the preview is sent. If the requested adjustment is not part of the original instructions, additional charges will apply. Only 2 free revisions are offered, so clients should send a comprehensive message outlining all desired changes. Multiple messages are not acceptable.
• Clients are only eligible for a free 12-hour revision if they provide feedback. NO FEEDBACK, NO FREE REVISION. POST-DELIVERY POLICIES • If the task is finalized with no further revisions required and the client fails to claim their commissioned output past the set deadline, a late claim fee of 25 PHP per day will be charged.
• Outputs will be automatically posted or shared as samples, except when the client explicitly requests otherwise.
• Honest feedback from clients is appreciated. PREMIUM USE POLICY • [STANDARD USE] The base rate quoted for any task or project applies strictly to personal or non-commercial use. This includes personal projects, internal references, educational purposes, and non-monetized content.
• [COMPETITION USE] If any part of the output is intended to be submitted to competitions, contests, or judged events (whether academic, artistic, professional, or otherwise), an additional fee of 100% of the original task rate will apply. This is due to the increased value and potential exposure of the work.
• [COMMERCIAL USE] Similarly, if the output is used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, merchandise, resale, promotional content, or monetized platforms. An additional 100% fee of the total task rate will also be charged.
• Rights for competition or commercial use are granted only after the additional fee has been paid. Until then, all rights remain non-transferable and strictly limited to personal use.By proceeding with the request or using the final output, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
